Optimal Wellness Membership/VIP Membership Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You ("Client" or "You") and StillmanMD LLC ("Company", "we", or "us").

Optimal Wellness Membership 

The Company agrees to provide you with access to the Optimal Wellness Membership. As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference. 

Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, & Disclaimer

The Company's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in the Program. In the event of a conflict between any of those policies and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern. 

Professional Disclaimer

This membership is for informational and educational purposes only. The information contained in the Program, including any interactions with the instructors, is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional advice. It is not medical advice, nor is it intended to create nor does it create a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your own physician or other qualified health provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you experience or learn in this Program. 

Company does not assume any liability for the information contained or referenced within this Program and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any information contained or referenced in the Membership

Nature of The Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Company is agreeing only to provide Client with access to the Program, which provides education and information. 

Fees & Payment

In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay a recurring monthly subscription fee of $29.99. The first payment is due immediately upon enrollment. These payments will continue until you cancel your subscription according to the Program's Cancellation Policy below. 

You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above. 

Cancellation Policy

The VIP Program is offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected].

If you cancel, you will lose access to the Program and future coaching calls at the end of your current billing period. Your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. You shall not be charged again after a cancellation. 

No Refunds

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. 

Optimal Wellness Membership

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following to Client:

Access To Program Area – The Company shall maintain a Program Area that may include videos, lessons, forms, worksheets, checklists, and other information. You shall have access to this Program Area as long as you are a member. 

Q&A Calls/Sessions – As a member of the Program, you will have access to monthly group question and answer calls. From time to time, an individual call may be canceled based upon the availability of the instructors. The Company shall provide you with details about how to participate in these question-and-answer sessions. 

Intellectual Property

All content included as part of the Program, such as text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation thereof, is the property of the Company or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 

The Company name, logo, slogan, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. 

Your participation in the Program does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to You. You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content and resources for your individual use only. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any Program content.
